Thanks everyone. I seemed to have fixed this problem by adding cottage cheese to my lunch and i bought some high protein snack bars, they're quite tasty!

Thanks, I think i have a pretty good whey. Maybe it's gone off? Yeah I'm okay with yoghurt, and a bit of milk is okay. But too much and I get hella gassy!

Thanks everyone! I'm going to look in to tasty protien shakes (the whey I have turns my stomach) and cottage cheese! Forgot about that although I forgot to say I'm a bit lactose intolerant, also I'm allergic to eggs! 😬

I tried it once and it was Soo gross! Just had a protein shake, didnt like it much :( I prefer to eat real food too

I'd say I'm losing around that, but I also climb and lift so I like to think I am building some muscle weight too. It's complicated!

Oh yeah he took all my stats like age, height and weight. Im still on a diet actually on 1440 but I have a diet break now and again. I do find 1440 a challenge, I feel a little under nourished. I am losing but not drastically or anything.

I eat lean protein with lunch and dinner but I suppose you're right I don't hit it every day. And yeah I do eat more on work out day (usually more sweets!) But also I have my macros set to low carb.

Unfortunately I'm not exaggerating much. My goal is 1400 Cals and I can easily spend 400 on sweets. I find eating low carb means I crave more sweet stuff... But I do eat a ton of vegetables I have no problem there! I have some thinking to do...

I exercise a fair but not big calorie burners, mostly weights and bouldering. Actually my macros are okay. Sadly one day isn't going to work for me especially if there's chocolate in the house!

oh i love my veggies! I can't seem to stay away from the sweet stuff though sometimes but even then I don't completely over do it. Maybe one or 2 squares of chocolate or share a slice of cake... You can't just eat healthy... Can you??

I'm not sure, like not enough of the right nutrients. Yesterday I had a protein packed salad but I still got really grumpy. It probably wasn't filling enough

Do you log calories for bouldering ? All my researching says its impossible to know what you burn really :-/
