How to make white-fish (pollock etc) taste good and still be low fat?
White fish like pollock and kabeljou seem like a great low-calorie, high protein food. I've tried grilling/poaching with lemon, herbs and siracha but the blandness of the fish always comes though. I was fumbling my weight loss a bit so a few people on here suggested a diet break. I'm coming up to a week on maintenance, and basically it allowed me extra chocolate and other treats each day. How am I going to give them up now!? I wish I didn't have such a sweet tooth! Thanks

Low calories replacement for dates in raw cakes?
Hi there. I use dates a lot in raw cakes and oat bars and the like. I dont need my cakes to be so sweet and calorific can anyone suggest something sticky like that that would make a good substitute ? I was thinking maybe apple sauce? Thanks!

Hi there I love making this, but it is frustrating the way it sticks to the side of the food processor. Has anyone found a way to overcome this? Also, I've found adding fresh blueberries at the end after its formed the ice cream texture & blending for a bit longer makes it really fluffy and tasty!

I've decided to go on maintenance because I can't do 1200 any more (I'm short) so I've just learned to accept myself with a cute belly and that's that. I've lost quite a lot of weight so I'm happy with that. Is anyone in a similar situation ? Would love to make new friends, thanks! Caroline

How can I learn to like exercise
I've tried *everything* jogging, aerobics, yoga, gym - I just can't get in to it. I simply don't like exercising - I do ride a bike most places, but it's hardly strenuous. How did you guys get in to it ? It just doesn't make me feel that much better :(
