  • Stay away from MSG, natural flavoring, monosodium glutamate=all the same. On any health Journey Lchf or any type -msg is not a good thing. Chinese restaurants r the worst huh lol.   • I LOVE Ancient Nutrition Chocolate Bone Broth Protein Powder!!! It’s such a treat!!!! I put it with a half a scoop of PB Fit-aww ya=AMAZING!!!!
  • I use either 1 Scoop of Ancient Nutrition Bone broth chocolate protein Powder and PB fit (1/2 scoop) or I also use Quest PB Protein Powder too, either protein powder is tasty but the bone broth one is the bomb!!! I use quest in a variety of reciepes and my husband uses it too!!! :) Bless ya!!!

  • I use my coffee, Heavy Whipping Cream, MCT Oil, and 2 pumps of starbucks Sugar free Vanilla Syrup. Tastes great! Good luck! PS-Ive also added cinnamon and or pumpkin pie spice before too! :)
