Going out to eat all the time, eating too much sugar and junk food, fast food. Basically no self control.

I picked my goal weight based on my body frame size, height and BMI. I'd like to be on the lower end of the healthy range and based on my frame size this would be ideal. I'm 5'4 and 151lbs which is 30lbs away from my goal weight but I'm going to take it 5lbs at a time. Who knows, maybe at 130 I'll be at my ideal body!

Sometimes I'm tempted to buy a clothing item in that size to motivate myself some more but I'm not sure if that's a good idea or a depressing one

I think I'll do that for sure :) I just have a smaller frame and I've seen charts that show what a healthy weight for each frame size is and 120 is right in the middle.

I can see how weight loss can be addicting. A couple years ago I was SOOO obsessed with counting calories. Now I think I have a healthier mindset! How long did it take u to get down to 125? One thing that scares me about weight loss is that I don't want to lose my curves. Just shrink proportionally. Did u have that problem…
