I do use a machine. It helps, but there are times when I just feel extra tired.

I also remember when I was younger and living in an apartment complex the apartments straight across from ours all the windows were lined up and the people that lived over in those apartments the husband and wife would always walk around their apartment naked.

I only count calories. I just have to choose what to eat in order to maximize my food vs calories. the MFP app helps me tremendously, so I can actually see the amount of calories I eat.

That is all I do is count calories and keep my lifestyle the same. I do have to make choices on what I eat so I can get the most for my calories. but I have lost a good amount of weight by doing so.
