I'll tell ya what, having bad sleep apnea sure makes things difficult when you just have no energy.

Do you use a CPAP machine? If so, you may need to get an adjustment made to how it is set up.

My apnea was one of the main motivators for me losing weight. It was so severe that I had to use a BiPAP machine because the pressure was so high I wouldn't have been able to exhale with a CPAP. Since I've lost what I have now, the pressure needed has been cut almost in half which is helping me sleep longer with less discomfort from the hurricane-force winds that used to blast my mouth.

I totally understand where you're coming from... I'm hoping with more weight loss, more exercise, and better sleep I might start feeling more energy at some point.

Yes get it treated or see if the machine needs an adjustment. Keep in mind it's not just about sleep, apnea is a potentially life-threatening condition. Doctor took me off last year and said the apnea was cured after my weight loss.

I do use a machine. It helps, but there are times when I just feel extra tired.
