I've been awful the last two days at actually logging. I have thought about what I've eaten but haven't logged it. Back on track tomorrow

100%. I as well am frustrated by working out daily and eating healthy with little results. Other people see the change but personally I need to see the scale number change. This challenge is a great tool for me to keep logging and create a habit and hopefully I will see the numbers change.

Thanks for the advice! 100%. I only ate one meal since I knew I was going out to dinner. I did binge and now paying the price for over eating :/
