What about replacing your cheese and yoghurt with beans and lentils, good quality protein powder would also stabilise your macro's

I got stuck for over a year, then in September I changed my diet and stopped counting calories, since then I've lost 4Kgs in 4 months.

I'm not doing Keto, but I did used to suffer big time from fatigue and brain fog and bloating. I'm taking a pre and probotic combination supplement and ever since I've had a huge amount of energy. I also came down with a wicked cold last week but it still didn't me take to my bed so I'm very happy.

Wishing all the best. I've recently made a conscious effort to remove meat (although I do eat 'good' beef' on a Sunday for my husband's sake). I'm also embarking on a dairy, gluten and coffee free month in a few days so feel free to add me as a friend and I'd be happy to offer some support :wink:

Good on you if you are able to eat enough fresh fruit and veg to get all your nutrients. But how do you know for sure that you are? Are you going into your garden and picking stuff fresh, just before you eat them? If you buy them from supermarkets how do you know how long they've been there, how they've been stored, and…

I can sympathise, I had the same issue. I changed my diet, cutting out some food groups, to work out which ones were causing my weight loss to stall. Now I'm back on track again and feeling great!

You may also find that your estrogen levels have a lot to do with it. I'm part of a group of women who have had the same problem, so I know where you're coming from, but we're fighting back!

It used to freak me out too, I could gain 2lb overnight, but as the others have said it's one of those things (water/undigested food/not going to the toilet) when you weigh yourself regularly you can see patterns. Learn not to panic, look at the figures over the weeks, averages are much better for your state of mind!

I'm vegetarian, aiming for vegan, but I love tasty cheese so it might take a while. I'm about to start a healthy eating regime for 30 days with the help of (amongst other things) vegan protein shakes. I'll let you know how it goes.

Have you tried an app called Copy Me That? They have a whole group on there with IP recipes, some of them might need a tweaking a bit to make them healthy but that's not too hard. I Love my IP!
