Although I have been struggling to lose I have kept 50 lbs of the 110 lbs. I lost off by tracking and watching my carbs which also lowered my A1C from 7.2 to 6.6 keeping me off meds.

If I am having a crazy day I sometimes don't get around to eating, this happens only with lunch. If I can I will grab a snack to hold me till Dinner. I will eat till I am satisfied and not over filling myself, I don't want to feel bloated.

SOUP Do you think chicken soup cures a cold? (Science says it may help). I do think it helps me when I am not feeling well.
