@dejavuohlala I feel off the wagon also and went into a major weight Gain. I started thinking about who I didn't want to be again and now I have taken back some of my control. I now you can get what you want. Stay positive with your thoughts.

@ginajea2014 ask your self what you want and why then work at it Watch your portions and try cutting one thing out at a time. Try logging all your food no matter what it is or how bad. That's a start. Don't be hard on yourself you are worth it. You got this. Good luck with your journey

I have not been eating healthy lately. I give myself a D minus. When I do eat healthy I feel more revived. I've done been stressed and been binge eating.

I did well losing weight in my younger years. Today I am struggling just to maintain even though I have 60 pounds to lose. I am just hanging on not to give up. It has been three yrs. since I have lost any fair amount of weight to be happy about

I have gained 60lbs. of 110lbs. lost. I feel you can do what you want to with weight loss if you want to put in the time and effort. Mine was getting on a ride at the park that had a overhead harness that automatically locked you in and I couldn't breathe and had to get off in from of everyone. Upside is I lost weight and went back and rode that ride. Now that I call an achievement ! .

I agree with with @myallforjcbill. I track weigh and measure to stay accountable but I do evaluate myself from time to time to make sure my portions are not getting larger.

i suffer from degenerative discs that are collapsed ans spinal stenosis with severe Arthritis in my knee. I do walking and then sit a bit, light weights. or pool. I can't do heavy lifting or extreme bending. I try to just move.
