Log all my foods no matter how many points they may be for accountability. Yes I logged even though I went over. I go by my points values. I do try and eat protein and try not to eat high calorie food although, I do some times just take a night to just eat what I want. Yes, sometimes it slips into 2 or 3 days but most the time I have self control and don't allow It to happen.

Diet to me, is eating the right foods for my health, such as watching my carbs to control my sugar. I don't think of me dieting, just changing my habits to lose.

I have 5 damaged back discs and spinal stenosis needing eperdurals to control the pain. So definitely effects my mobility. If I get 2000 steps a day that's a good day. Activity is limited to mostly streching.
