i suffer from degenerative discs that are collapsed ans spinal stenosis with severe Arthritis in my knee. I do walking and then sit a bit, light weights. or pool. I can't do heavy lifting or extreme bending. I try to just move.

Right now I am backsliding. I keep reaching to to grab hold of something to stop me. I am emotionally eating and it is because of DW's kidney failure. I want to live the lifestyle and be healthy so I can help her when she needs. Besides I am at an obese high percent so I need to help myself to. I am thinking of my options…

I am in a disruptive area for a while worrying about my DW. My eating habits have been terrible an I am in for an other yearly gain. I am totally out of control. I keep trying to get right.

Right now one day at a time.

I am going though having mental energy for a while trying just to get the weight loss rollin. Did WW. and lost 110 lbs. in 2005 all to gain 60 lbs. back al the program changes threw me in frnzy so I gave up on them after trying the new programs. I started to lose and just slipped again.

High calorie foods are always the most tasty hard not to say NO. Low calorie will give you more to eat for the same calories as high calorie food you may want.

Walk 3-4 days and just move 5-6 days with 1 day leisure. Have a stationary bike but been evading it don't know why.
