I weigh in my gym clothes each morning. The size M gym clothes, with shoes, weigh 2.8 lb. At the beginning of this, when my gym clothes were XL, they weighed 3.4 lb. I apply that delta before entering weight on this site.

Markus, You need to be deliberate about getting the sleep you need. You work nights and do a lot during the day, but you also have to sleep.

For raw meat and raw vegetables, describe the thing, then say "raw, usda". That will almost always bring up the perfect database entry for the food you want. When you see a 5-digit number, that's even better as it's an identifier used by the USDA database. For spices, start with "spices", then describe the spice, then say…

I'll spend $3.50 on a case of Coke Zero any day of the week but not on a case of Coca-Cola.

About the other guy. My other guys and gals have been sometimes co-workers, sometimes family, both household and extended, and sometimes friends. The only common feature among all of them was me, talking openly about how easy it was to record my food intake with myfitnesspal. I haven't pressured anyone. Some of them were…

My thought on the subject is as follows: Watch a John Candy movie. See 'obesity' be glamorized. John Candy was not a movie star because he was obese. He was movie star because he was a damned good comic. He died young because he was obese. If the Academy, not of motion pictures but of ivory towers, can understand the…

What you call the food you need is meaningless. MFP gives us as many as 6 ways to describe consumption events with any name we wish.

Here in my own house I fry potatoes in bacon grease. The McDonald's vegan oil fries are simply not attractive. Other'n that, the McDonald's nutrition info numbers are more truthful than most restaurants as individual workers have very little discretion for portion sizes.

I've got to attend a funeral next weekend for 64 year old relative who, rest assured, never touched keto.

Such was a plan I had decades ago when I had a similar 1/5 acre yard. I don't right well remember where that reel mower is now. The Snapper, though, is self-propelled.

Here in Texas Monday for the first time in several decades it will be legal to possess and carry brass knuckles. Maybe that for you there?

How much does it all weigh? It's all carb, so 4 calories per gram if you were to remove the water.

Define "Healthy". That's a minefield.

Keto hard on kidneys? No. The evidence of a high protein diet being harmful to kidneys is not established. https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/nutrition-and-healthy-eating/expert-answers/high-protein-diets/faq-20058207. Such evidence as exists regarding a high fat diet and kidneys is that it is beneficial. Any…

A .38 Special song "Hold on loosely". An Alan Jackson line, "Stark naked light bulb". I can't quote any other Alan Jackson lyric, but that phrase encapsulates for me his profound talent at word art.

You can do it. Exercise can help you get your mood straight.

When I started trying to do keto, and I've been dramatically unsuccessful at it, I knew that I needed to increase my salt intake during the first week. The book I had read, https://www.amazon.com/ANYWAY-YOU-CAN-Bosworth-BEGINNERS/dp/0999854232 recommended pink salt for the wide variety of minerals it delivers. The…

Dietary cholesterol is not well-established as linked to serum cholesterol. Enjoy your vegan lifestyle, and take care of that ticker.

Rather than trying to get carbs then hope you don't exceed your carb budget, try to get fat and protein without carbs. That's the whole point of keto, isn't it?

How about them Zeke-less Cowboys?

I don't even know how to find my woo count. That shows how much I care about the community, or something.

Well, Boerne is not really close to LV, but they won't know that in the UK. Howdy, neighbor!

The workplace RD is a more important resource to you than the workplace Dr. is. Ask the RD if you may thrive by filling your VLCD with the white carbs you described. I predict your RD friend will say that it's going to be difficult to meet your nutrient needs with those on a VLCD plan. The moderators will lock this…
