Yeah, overcoming the mental side of the journey. It often goes unsung. I will say, that the more you attack situations confidently, the easier it becomes.

Are you weighing yourself at the same time? (Right after you wake up and use the bathroom) Do you use a food scale? What's your sodium/water intake? All things considered, you could be holding omto water because it's a new routine. You could also be building muscle.

I weigh every morning after using the bathroom. I weigh officially every other week. That allows me to adjust my calories accordingly.
