Having the same problem right now! I usually crave potato chips and chocolate. Hot cocoa has surprisingly few calories, and I switched to popcorn. Cut my calories significantly.

Being beyond broke, 3 kids and living 30 min. from the nearest city. I tend to stress eat, and it doesn't help having all this food in the house because we shop once a month.

You sound similar to my husband, except he eats instead of drinking. Getting motivated is tough for anyone-- so it's important to take it one day at a time.

It's hard to find motivation. Changing your thinking isn't something that comes quickly or easily, even if you are in therapy. Take it one day at a time, one step at a time, and congratulate yourself with every little victory.

You are like a beacon of light, I wish I had your strength. I suffer from bipolar disorder and had such severe post-partum depression for years that I had the same issues. I understand. That says it in a nutshell. Keep your head up!
