hey Melissa :) when you add people they come up in your news feed and you can see their statuses and comment etc, and also message them and look at their diaries if they're not set to private :)

I have the biggest sweet tooth. I've always head people that give up sugar etc don't have cravings after a while. It seems so surreal to me, but I think I should try to do this too.

You could distract yourself from wanting to eat by doing a different activity like colouring, knitting, playing a board game / card game, reading, playing a game on a computer / iPad etc, or you could phone a friend and chat. Thanks guys, ok so I am thinking of taking water aerobics classes down at my local gym. Water boot camp sounds more intense though, I should see if there are any like that in my area! :)

I've put on over 15 kilos in the last two years since I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis. So sometimes it's impossible for me to exercise because of my joint pain. I've also had on and off back problems with an inflamed disc, so I know how hard it is. Keep trying, you can do it :)
