The best motivational drive is a cheat day. Whenever I cheat, I do about 10,000 calories for the day. It motivates you to burn all of that throughout the entire week!! So cheat away.

Hey everyone... I'm fairly new to MFP and the fitness industry. I currently reside in Japan and it's pretty hard to find motivation out here especially when only a few people speak English. I'd appreciate all the support from everyone! Please feel free to add me. PS... I do 10,000 calories cheat every Friday!!!
