I've currently doing the Thinner, Leaner, Stronger workout but was looking for a change but maybe I'll just stick with that one.

I guess a part of me was hoping for more exercise or a different exercise to be mentioned since I don't struggle much with the working out part but I am sure my nutrition could be much better. Any recommendations on nutrition? Calorie counting? or?

Yeah that's true! My main goal is probably weight loss however I want to tone up as well. I workout about an hr most days and do a combination of strength and cardio but wasn't sure if I should add more cardio.

Sorry for the ignorance but what exactly is a progressive resistance program or an example?

I guess that's where I am not sure what to do. Is it possible to work on both at the same time or should I strictly work on one?

I can totally relate! I feel the same but I think it helps knowing that we can't be perfect ALL the time. Just get back on track and smash your goals!
