You can really see the difference. Keep it up. Very impressive loss.

I work out in the morning. It makes a great start to the day. After work I am a slug.

Your story was great; honest and inspirational. Thanks so much for posting!

When I saw your second set of pictures I was astonished! Unbelievable. What a fantastic transformation. I hope you are enjoying your transformation. Your family must be so happy that you have gotten healthier. I actually didn't yet read your story, I am going to now, I just had to get this post in!

Wow, you are looking good! Congratulations and enjoy the wonderful gift from your good friend, so well-deserved!
-
Congratulations! You look great.

Thanks for posting. That is wonderful news about your medication and your running over 2 miles a day. I am a year younger than you and just started with MFP about 30 days ago. You are inspiring. I look forward to the good things the year will bring.

That is wonderful. Keep it up. Some weeks it may seem nothing is happening but it is.

1. My face got thinner and there is less of that "fat" under my chin. 2. When I looked in the gym mirror I saw some muscle definition in my shoulder. It got me so excited, I had to keep looking. Luckily the mirror was in the lady's locker room and no one was there to see me gaping at myself! Haha

Wow, you look great! Please keep posting, you are doing a wonderful job! Do you notice feeling more energetic?

4:40 am...in 20 minutes I leave for the gym. Enjoying a cup of coffee now, with the dog on my lap, very cozy. Must resist the coziness and get out the door by 5. Treadmill then legs

It happens kwohl, don't be too hard on yourself. I totally blew it yesterday (it was my son's birthday), but I logged what I remembered and moved on. I did much better today. Monday (tomorrow) begins a new week for me so I just recommit. When you get up tomorrow you can recommit to all your goals.

I second MichelleLei1!

Seriously though, the internet is not private.

On a happier note, have you ever looked at your SO, and like really saw them, and thought damn they look good. I was in the bank the other day and I'm happy to say, my husband walked in and I thought,'man, he looks good.' It was kinda cool. I can say that on the internet, right?

Congratulations! Enjoy your victory. :)

I am making it really basic, JFT 3/4/16: - I will go to the gym - I will stay in my calorie range for the day
-
Haha, I confess, I also sleep in my gym clothes (they're clean)...I sleep in them so I don't have to wrestle with that sports bra in the morning. It helps, because all I have to do in the morn is have some coffee and fill my water bottle & I am ready. Surfing MFP now but I am going to leave at 5am for leg day and the…

Well you look fabulous!

Funny WTF picture, but really that is an amazing transformation!
-
Got up 4:20 today...drank two cups of coffee and made it to the gym at 5:15. I almost skipped, but I sure am happy now that I went!

Wow, you look beautiful, very toned and athletic looking. When you say how much better you feel, was it just the weight loss that made you feel more confident? or the getting stronger as well? I would love to tone up like you did and I am hoping that the more "physically fit" I get the more confidence I gain.
-
Wow Bundyman. You look fab and you do have a great smile. So happy for you, keep posting.

Hi, I'd like to be your friend and send you positive vibes. I log in everyday, good or bad. I just started a month ago and I was going strong until the last couple of days, but I am back on the wagon again tomorrow.
-
No it is not a lost cause. I was the same way....I love my bed in the morning. However, I challenged myself to just get up early and go for a month. I had read that if you could do something for 30 days it becomes a habit. Granted I didn't do the 30 days straight but I was there most days. And after that month it started…

4:44 am ... having my coffee then going to the gym at 5. Mrs. Blobby, I would be smug if I ran to the gym too...good for you! I just drag myself there in the morning. Once I get moving I perk up. And Mike, so cool your daily dedication, inspiring. And altergirl, doing it being a full time student and mother! That deserves…

Thanks for the reply iofred, it keeps me inspired and it feel like I'm not the only one to trade sleep for working out! Like your quote above, will make it my mantra on tough mornings!
-
iofred, just wondering, how much sleep do you get? And is getting a workout worth the tradeoff for sleep? I get up at 4 am, and I really do enjoy working out early each morn, but I wish I had more time to sleep too. However, I still wouldn't give up the gym for more sleep. The workouts just make the day so much better. Do…

blueboxgeek.....going early takes a little getting used to, but after about a month it becomes routine, and it is a really great way to start the day.
