Yup! I gave up for a while and started again. Keeping yourself aware of your calorie intake is such a huge help. I've had nothing but good results since starting again :)

Hmm.. I would say maybe make your portion sizes a little bit bigger. I know that's kind of contradicting, but maybe you're just not eating enough at the time.
