I'm just following a regular diet of high protein, low carb. Welcome back!
-
I usually make a egg scramble for the week or a casserole. It's easy and I know I am getting a protein packed breakfast. Eggs and veggies with some kind of turkey or chicken sausage or turkey bacon.
-
The chocolate is my favorite. I can't do the caramel or vanilla. Haven't tried the others!

3 pm is a killer for me at work. I always keep a chocolate Premier Protein at work for my afternoon snack. It fills me right up until dinner and gets me over the afternoon hump.
-
I like to keep simple things like clementine's in my car to snack on if I get a craving.
-
I typically will meal prep the meats for dinner, all breakfasts, and veggie snack bags. I find that veggies for dinner get mushy and I don't want to eat them by Wednesday.
-
I don't do powders. I actually buy the premade Premier Protein. Usually these premade things are nasty... but I LOVE the Premier Proteins! Easy to throw in a bag and go.
-
Hi! I'm low carb also. I try to keep under 40 a day. I added you!
-
Wow! I am just getting into weighing all of my foods. It's amazing how much more we eat than we think we do!
-
I don't really follow what MFP says for sugar. I am trying to stay low sugar and low carb. I watch labels and avoid anything with too much sugar in it.
-
I use mine about 5 times a week. They are amazing.
-
I'm also low carb. I buy the premier protein shakes to hit my protein goals each day. 30 grams of protein and 160 cals. They have less than 3 carbs and only 1 gram of sugar.
-
My dietician has said that I need to hit at least 56 grams of protein a day. I struggle to hit that unless I have a protein shake for a snack. I but the pre-made Premier Proteins. They are fantastic! 30 grams of protein, 1 gram of sugar, and 160 calories!

Short term goal: 25 by memorial day. Long term goal: 99 lbs

Welcome!

Hi Christie! Welcome!
-
Hi! I'm also from Michigan and would like to lose 100 lbs. Welcome! I am here for support if you need a friend!
-
All I know is that you have to take it one day at a time. Don't look at the big picture, look at today. Eat well today. Exercise today. Do what you can today. Don't worry about tomorrow, until tomorrow.
-
Welcome back! I'm also re-starting again for the billionth time. But, this is the LAST time! :)

Hi! I'm in the same boat. I will do really well for a solid week and then lose my mind and fall off the wagon. I'm trying my hardest to not look at the big picture, and just do this day by day. It seems to help. Good luck!

Preparation is key! I'm slowly learning that my mindset about weight loss is everything & if I treat myself badly or think about myself in a negative way, I'm not going to succeed. Good luck with your goals! :)
