I m still doing this. It gets easier each week
-
Eeeekkkk.....my weekend did not go well for this challenge. Started over yesterday and drank 1/2 a gallon. Back to it today.

Finding it easier to drink more water after this first 7 days. Still need to remind myself though. I guess that s why I m doing this challenge
-
Me either. But it s getting easier
-
Yuck. Maybe it will change as your body becomes hidrated.

Sunday was great, but yesterday was only half my goal. Today s another day!
-
Welcome!

Made 1 gallon goal yesterday. It took some focusing though sipnce I m not used to drinking that much water when I am home. Today I hit it first thing in the morning - halfway to a gallon and 50 minutes cardio and it s only 1:45 pm.
-
Made 1 gal on day 3. Today may be more difficult since I m not at work. I seem to be more disciplined with diet and exercise during the work week.
-
I know you have been struggling with this. Congrats!!!
-
Great!

Even alcohol

Love seeing everyone joining in the challenge!!! Only 16 ounces more for me today and I m at one gallon! Today was a lot easier! As others have mentioned, just focusing on your water intake will help you increase your intact. Focusing on it for 30 days will develop a new healthy habit.

Day 2(yesterday ( i missed my goal by 32 ounces.BUT today s a new day.
-
How s everyone doing? I m 51 ounces in so far today. Working to make my goal 2 days in a row
-
How did you do? If you didn't make it, at least you made progress. That s what s most important to me
-
2-3 only 10 minutes, tomorrow s another day
-
16 ounces to go and it s only 7:40PM. Not bad for day one. Bought a $2 gallon water jug at the dollar store. I m going to see how that works for measuring. How did everyone do? Did you make your goal?
-
Good idea. Sounds better than carrying around a gallon of water although I considered that too. I am 43 bounce in so far. Lunch break is oon so I ll have more.
-
Day 1 for me. MFP has an 'add water' feature that records in cups so I might use that to keep track. I can see how it would be hard to keep record of how much you drink each day. How do plan to keep track?

I have been been reading a lot about the benefits of water. I am looking forward to giving this a try. I attempt to drink more water every day, but I just haven t been able to drink more than 40 ounces or so.
-
Like I said, you can set your own guidelines.
-
I m in. I figure that it will take an average of 50 minutes per day. 2-1 40 Minutes walking 2-2 45 minutes walking Good luck everyone

I looked into Fitbits but decided to use the Pacer App free on my phone. It syncs with MFP and costs me nothing. I have to carry my phone in my pocket, but I m ok with that. If you are unsure about investing in a Fitbit or other device, this might be an option until you decide.
