I log and weigh everything. I do not eat back my exercise calories because I do not exercise. I am not gaining muscle weight. Log your weekly gains/losses and you will probably find a pattern of no loss or even gain every 4 weeks. The joys of being a woman.

Am I missing something? Why would you want to eat if you are going to bed? Dont eat before bed it is bad for you.
