Thank you all SO much for your replies...I am overwhelmed by your kind words. I have decided to keep going with the programme and going to do an overhaul in my kitchen tonight, so I have plenty of fresh food and supplies in. I have to say, I do feel much fitter today and going to give Month 2 my all. x

As far as my diet went, I didn't follow a plan as such. I cut back on sugar which was the biggest thing for me. Before the shred my diet was absolutely horrendous. I was a sugar queen! Haha.
