  • Yep! You need to throw that stuff away! And take a little time to prep some healthy snacks to keep in the house to stop you binging on junk. I just made a fish soup. Throwing it in the freezer so I can just chuck it in the microwave when I want. Hot soup, drinks will help you feel full!
  • Yes, unless you want to do some extreme like Atkins it's almost impossible to cut out all carbs. I'm just trying to cut back on the obviously bad refined ones. Bread, pasta, cereal, potatoes. But the more exercise you do, the more of those you can eat! :)
  • I feel you! I started taking this losing weight thing seriously a week ago (I had skirt split on me at work ) so started using the app and getting back down to the gym. I wasn't expecting miracles after a week, but no movement! But I know i wasn't that good! Out socially too often, and have poor willpower! :)
  • I really don't believe in health foods! I'd never buy anything with the word diet in it or low fat! It's all nonsense, and companies trying to make money off you.
