Exactly! Theres so many people pro keto but i do not see it as a sustainable way of eating. I can prob just watch portions and choose food wisely and be fine

I've gotten a couple treadmills and always end up getting rid of them I would much rather be outside running on treadmills is not good to me unless it's freezing plus they take up tons of space

Keto is low carb high fat I only eat around 20 carbs a day to where instead of burning carbs for energy your body burns fat I have had more success with this diet than any other I think it's more of a life style change I feel 100% more energy and just way better all together
