yeah that's true 2 years ago I dropped about 60lbs in 6 months and never once went to a gym funny part is I got scared from the doctor so I knew I had to make changes only exercise I did do was at work in a warehouse not on my feet 8 hrs of the day kinda sitting going sitting goin u know so yeah

yeah 2 years ago I went from 330lbs (aug.2012) to 260lbs (march 2013) all by eating no exercising . But between Sept. 2013 to July 2014 I got back up to 300lbs by bringing all the bad things back in my diet due to the relationship I was in it was always fast food and take out so now i'm here again starting over

well the past week in a half I have been walking for an hour not power walking or anything just regular pace I guess u can say so that's the only workout I've been getting

i think it can help some casue at one time over 6-8 month span I lost 60-70lbs merely on only changed diet no exercise but what I was getting from work and at the time I worked as a warehouse supervisor so walking daily in the warehouse was my only kind of exercise.
