Thanks! I hope I am doing this right!! I mean I feel like I am always eating..is it normal to not starve when dieting? Maybe that is why my past diets didnt stick..except for my topamax diet..lol

I slipped up bad last night..but it will be ok.. Down 6lbs for my first week. No redbull or sugar in my coffee all week.
