My whole life I have suffered. They are defiantly slowing down. I almost went back on Topamax..but I may not have to.

I use to drink 4-5 redbulls a day and 2 sodas a day. 2/4/16 I gave up all redbull and only have a coke zero when I have a migraine. I switched to home brewed unsweetened green ice tea. 3 oz of egg whites microwaved 2 mins. And a protein shake..I make them the night before and they usually include a yogurt mixed in.I add the powder right before I drink it.

I use the triple zeros in my morning protein shakes with frozen fruit a scoop of whey protein and 8oz of unsweatened almond milk or soy milk. Yum. I dont like the fake sugar after taste and I dont get that taste when i put it in a smoothie.
