  • I usually drink 4 cups (well, let's be honest, mugs) of coffee each day, and I put 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk in each one. I don't count them toward my water intake, though. Honestly, all I ever drink is the coffee/almond milk and water, so I get plenty of water in each day.
  • Except for losing/gaining *more* than the same 10 pounds, and hitting my goal weight in Feb. 2019 instead of March, this is my current situation! I appreciate all of the advice, too.
  • My family has season passes to a local amusement park, and this year they changed the "look" of the passes. When we went on Monday for the first time this year, the woman at the entrance had me get my photo taken again, but didn't have my daughters get theirs taken.   • Congratulations!!! That is a wonderful accomplishment :) I'm also delighted to hear that you've already signed up for next year! Like you, I started slooooowly when I was in my early-mid forties. Keep it up! :)
  • I am currently enjoying Quest "Cinnamon Crunch" flavor. 100 cal, 1.5g fat, 5g carb (<1gsugar) and 20g protein. It tastes like the leftover milk at the bottom of a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch! YUM! It is extra good made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk :smiley:
  • My best friend at work is on the 5/2 diet, and she loves it. She doesn't track on the "5" days, but I don't think she goes totally off the rails, lol.
