Since the scale doesn't want to cooperate this week, I broke out the tape measure: down 3 inches in my waist and 2.5 inches in my hips since the challenge started! It's nice to have multiple metrics to work with.

It has an aftertaste like licking the floor at the health food store's bulk herb section.

^This mindset has helped me so much. Don't fret about the past, just decide to make healthy choices for today. This leaves the door open for treat days and is helpful when trying to break out of the all-or-nothing mindset.

Having seen several of your Before/After photos, I have decided that you have the best t-shirt collection ever! Nice job on the weight loss, btw!

I did P90X3 two years ago, and I lost 40 pounds while doing it. I had a vacation coming up, and it worked great for me. After vacation, I got pregnant, quit exercising and ate a ton and gained a bunch of weight. I started up again last week, and I love it. Last time I did it, I think I ate around 1800 calories per day. I…

Congratulations on your continuing success! Amazing work!

Daily, knowing that weight fluctuates. I like to note patterns. I only log losses.

The most effective blood pressure medications are diuretics, so that 7 pounds is likely water weight.

Fantastic work! You look great and it looks like you feel great, too!

You may want to try using coconut milk (the kind in the can) in your coffee since you like the taste. It would have fewer calories and add a creamy consistency. I don't drink coffee but I have friends who love to add it to theirs. Just be sure to shake it really well first. I don't recommend the coconut milk in the carton…

This. I always thought it was just me. Now when I get hungry it's not that big of a deal. For me to not have this anymore is huge! And this. This is what kept me in denial for so long about my weight. I carry most of mine in my belly, and if I just avoided looking at my profile, I was "okay" because I gain weight front to…

You look amazing! Love it! Keep it up! You're doing great!

Amazing work! Was the diabetes prevention class part of your motivation to lose weight? I'm an RN and I know that treating noncompliant diabetic patients was a huge motivator for me to start to change. Excellent work!

I just hit Onederland on Tuesday, so my next goal is to get into size 16 jeans. I feel like I've been in 18's forever!
-
Excellent progress! You're doing great!

I would love to know, too. I lose weight fairly easily and then gain it all back very quickly by bingeing. I'm trying to hammer out a maintenance strategy even though I'm still 45 lbs to GW. I'm hoping that will make a difference, as well as sucking it up and realizing that I may have to log my food intake for the rest of…

Excellent! I understand how great an accomplishment this is. And this is just the beginning!

I did it! Onederland! AND...I'm not obese anymore! One mini goal down.

I'm so relieved to hear this. I've dropped over 20 pounds since the beginning of February, but I'm still in a size 18. I'm working hard, seeing changes, but all I feel like I have to show for it is that I'm no longer muffin-topping my fat pants and they're baggy in the thighs. Maybe another 10 pounds and I'll be in a 16?
