I've been drinking soy milk for years. I like it better than rice and almond milk because it has protein in it. I use the vanilla flavored from Trader joes and use it in my coffee, smoothies, cereal and oatmeal.

Walnuts are high in omega 3's really good on salads or ice cream or as a snack. Do you like herring? It's also high in omega 3's. I like the pickled kind in sour cream eaten with saltines.

45 min on 350-375 but I tend to like my chicken well done, if you want it more moist cover w foil for 30 minutes, then check on it, see how much longer it needs... Hope you like it! You can add raw potato wedges and cut up carrots and onions in the baking dish if you want.

I believe in vinegar. I don't know why though, lol! I use it everyday, I get the apple cider vinegar, the organic one from Trader Joes, it's inexpensive and great in my salads and stir frys. Cool that it helps w your sinuses!

Try the good ole California roll, usually it has fake crab meat, cucumber, and avocado. Sweet potato roll is really good, usually sweet potato tempura with rice wrapped in the seaweed. Do you like Lox w cream cheese? Sometimes they will have smoked salmon and cream cheese rolls

Try 100% organic coconut oil , they sell it at Trader Joes, works really well to moisturize hair, use a spoonful in your palms and run through hair, all over or on the ends when your hair is wet or dry. maybe take a break from heat tools too like flat irons/curling irons
