This is just my personal opinion but when I ate back all of my exercise calories, I never lost. Can u try eating back half instead? Rest days are fine as long as you're eating at a defecit

When you wake up, drink a glass of water. And drink one glass before you go to bed. I kindly disagree that soda is water...I think water is much much better to drink. Have u ever tried fruit infused water? Water w sliced oranges is really refreshing, or w cucumber slices.

Lately I've been lifting first and I notice I can do more reps and I hv more energy, but I think it's up to the individual, whatever you prefer. I've done both and I don't think it matters, just personal preference.

This! And fruits and for example... Strawberry preserves w no added sugar or berries.. add a spoonful to plain Greek yogurt and it is surprisingly sweet. Honey also. Whipped cream in the can is low in sugar and really good. Dried fruit like ; dried apricots, dried peaches, dried mangos are really good.
