  • @MSWDiet I just used an online calculator to do the YMCA body fat calculation. I am at 31% ! (It also told me I am obese. Duh.) So that is 70 pounds of body fat mass. If that was in a box on the floor I wouldn't be able to lift it. This is very inspirational.

  • Heading home today. Yesterday was pickle ball and bike ride. But also some grandiose eating. Wednesday's 20 mile bike ride on the Katy Trail will help too. See you next round with some extra cargo I am sure found it's way aboard.
