This round includes DGD first birthday + two weekends + Thanksgiving + company in the house for both weekends. For me it’s a perfect storm. I will be looking for easy wins this round to somewhat offset our family tendency to celebrate with food. If I am smart I will look for some hard fought wins too.

@Blueberries59 Logging is perhaps one of the most important things I do when I am having success. I am not having success right now, so what does that tell you. I log food after I eat it.
