I'm pretty sure your "biggest" meal of the day should be breakfast then healthy snacks through the day. Then there's your lunch & dinner. Maybe try finding recipes that are more filling but less your calorie in take?

I definitely found out who my real friends are after I stopped drinking. My party days were in highschool & when I turned 21. Now it just gets old.

You could be gaining muscle. Don't think negative about it! You lose inches before pounds. Don't give up!

Yes I was! I woke up one day & just started it & continued with it! I would be lying if I said it was easy, it's not. The warm up itself is a work out but it's so worth it! I push myself through everytime!

Yes! I want to be able to go outside & run around & play with my nieces & nephews without catching my breath every minute lol. I'm glad I made this change. & that's awesome to hear! Keep it up!

I should probably get measuring tape lol.
-
Don't go off the scale! If you feel better, then that's great!

I do a lot of cardio. I played soccer from 1st-my senior year in high school & I was in the best of shape. So now, 4 years after graduation, I've stuck to cardio once again lol.

Just stay positive :) I'm not going to let the scale dictate all my hard work. I see the difference in my clothes & that's good enough for me! Keep up the great work!

I think I'll try the measurement thing! Cause I do see a difference. Lol. Thanks! Good luck with your journey! (:

Maybe set up a food schedule for yourself specifically just for the weekends? Maybe that will help! Just gotta think positive ;) you got this!

22. 5'3 154lbs. i've been doing insanity for about 3 weeks now & completely changed my diet. I started noticing a difference in my thighs, hips, back & stomach. I'm not sure what I weigh now, just cause I don't own a scale (yet) haha, but that's so far where I can see a difference! Good luck on your journey & keep up the…

Tomorrow I will be on my 3rd week! I love it! At first it was rough, the warm up is a work out itself, but you get used to it! Just go into it with positive thoughts! I can already see a difference in my thighs, waist, back & stomach! You got this! :)

I synced the Fitbit with MFP but I've been having an issue with the steps I take.

I've notice a few things. I have way more energy then I used too. I look at the calorie intake on everything now. & a lot of my clothes that I wasn't able to wear, actually fit me now & I feel comfortable in it!
-
What keeps me motivated is how I feel. Like... Wearing certain things & actually feel comfortable in it. Rather than the bloating, fatigue & thinking I'm not good enough. But also how much more energy I have. You just gotta think positive!

Beer & sleep. Lol.

Feel free to add! Could always use more support for each other!

Been there! Just takes time! It's not about what's on the scale but how you feel!

Like meal ideas or snacks?

Hey Kelsey! Don't let anyone tell you what you're doing is wrong. Everyone is different & it's just finding out which exercise & meal plan works best for you! Good luck! (:

Lemon water is great!

I usually do insanity after work. Which is around 3pm-4pmish. Then an hour or two later have dinner.

Start my 2nd week tomorrow! It's great!

All about mind over matter! But I'm sure you got this! Good luck!

22! Would like some supportive friends as well! Feel free to add!

You shouldn't let the scale dictate your hard work! If you're feeling good about your self & feel a difference, then that's great! :) keep up the good work!
