So I'm a little confused on here when manually putting in your own recipe. I made these muffins & it asked "how many people does it serve?" So I put 12 since it made 12 muffins. But when I eat just 1 how do I calculate that I'm eating 1 & not the 12? Someone told me to put the decimal 1/12 cause you're eating 1 out of 12…

Workout headphones! Help!
I do a lot of cardio & since the weather is starting to get better I want to start jogging outside. Anyone have any recommendations for headphones? I know wire less, but I need something to stay in my ears while I run. I don't want to spend $$$$ & nor do I need a name brand. They'll just be used for running lol.

So a few of my friends had told me that you lose inches before you lose pounds? I kind of find this true cause I lost a few inches in my waist, thighs & back but not any weight. Just purchased a Charge HR Fitbit today! No idea what I'm doing lol. But I'm hoping it helps me track the calories I burn & my heart rate while working out. Anyone else have a Fitbit? How do you like it so far?
