So I'm just having a blah moment right now.
I've been doing insanity/cardio for the last 3 weeks. Changed my diet completely, been watching how much I eat, what I eat & etc. I went to the doctors the first week into my life style change & I weighed 154 & my goal weight is 135. It's been about 3 weeks into my life style changed & I can feel a difference in my body & the clothes I wear. I don't own a scale but I'm curious if I lost any weight. I'm nervous to get one cause if I don't see a change in my weight I feel I'll be disappointed in myself![:( :(](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/frowning.png)
Have any of you felt like this?
Either way I'm not going to stop trying to reach my goal or discontinue my lifestyle. Just curious if I'm the only one that felt like this.

If you notice a difference in clothes in just three weeks I'd say youre doing pretty good! You could always try measuring (waist, hips, arms, thighs, etc.) as a way of keeping track. That says more than just one number.
My scale gives me three different numbers stepping on it three subsequent times. Its annoying I dont have the exact weight, but I know on the downward trend so I deal.
I can't wait until I go back to my doctors (once I've lost more weight) and they see the new number0 -

I think I'll try the measurement thing! Cause I do see a difference. Lol. Thanks!
Good luck with your journey! (:0
