Bonus challenge 1: I am being intentional about what I eat - much less bread, carbs & sugar! More salad and love snacking on celery! Drinking more water helps keep me from being purposeful - it keeps the "hungry woman get out of my way cuz I'm gonn eat it all" at bay!
