Yes yes yes!! Keep track of calories burned and calories consumed. In order to lose weight you must be at a deficit but it does work

I’m 24, 5’7” and 193, I’ve lost 110lbsand gained back 30 when I quit smoking. My goal now is to lose the 30 plus another 20lbs. My goal is around 145lbs!

My cheat day is one meal or two small snacks that are "bad". Generally this means a small can of pringles and some candy (those are my weakness!)

I smoked for about 10 years and have now quit since May. I used a e-cigarette to quit. I used it with the lowest nicotine level I could find for a week and haven't touched either since. Good luck with quitting! Add me if your like for support!
