Guys.. weight loss motivation?:)

I'm very up and down with my diet! I'll do great for a few weeks, lose some weight, feel great.. but then I start to get a little relaxed. How do I break the cycle and stay motivated?:)

    Possibly set miniature goals!

    Change things so you are not dieting. Diets don't work. When you get done with a diet you gain back.

    Make life changes. Change habits. When eating healthier becomes your new habit, you won't "fall off the wagon" as easy. I stopped drinking pop and sweet tea but I still let myself have my morning hortons coffee with cream and sugar. I still eat everything I ate before, but not as a much. Makes sticking with it way easier.
