Possibly set miniature goals!1

Change things so you are not dieting. Diets don't work. When you get done with a diet you gain back.
Make life changes. Change habits. When eating healthier becomes your new habit, you won't "fall off the wagon" as easy. I stopped drinking pop and sweet tea but I still let myself have my morning hortons coffee with cream and sugar. I still eat everything I ate before, but not as a much. Makes sticking with it way easier.0 -
