I didn't read the entire thread and this is way late but pretzel bites are around 400 calories (I work at a movie theater) so if it comes with a cheese cup, the calories on the cheese would be on the side of the cheese cup. Add more if you have butter on the pretzel bites.

Cower Power strawberry banana shakes are my favorite. Expensive but delicious. 26g protein, 210 calories (or 240, not sure).

I'm 138lbs right now and my goal is around 125 and I'll see if I'm happy with how I look then! I may go down to 115 but we'll see. I've recently gotten back to strictly staying within my calorie goal so we'll see how that goes. Anyone feel free to add me!

I'm currently 138lbs and need to be 132lbs at max for my height. I'm trying to decide if I want to lose the weight through diet and exercise or just diet alone. Not sure yet!

HW: 155, CW: 135, GW: 115

I'm not really sure how long it took because I would gain some of the weight back whenever I went home to spend the summer with my parents. It probably took about a school year (9-ish months).

I started out at 155, am currently 135 and aiming for 115!

Let's say you're moderately active. You should be eating around 1700 calories and not eating back any exercise calories (they are already factored into the 1700).

I would be more than happy to support each other in our weight loss journeys!

I weigh out the portions of what I eat.

2000 calories is my TDEE. I'm going to aim for 1500 calories a day and see how that goes. Lately I've been overeating on junk food, my previous calorie goal was 1200 and I was eating around 1500-1600, and I wasn't losing weight but I think it's a lot of water weight. How much water weight can somebody hold?

I'm 5'1 and sedentary but do try to go for a run every night (2-3 miles) and I eat back around half of my exercise calories.

My carb goal is 146g a day.

As said before, just bring in some food of your own. We generally don't care as long as you're not bringing in bags of groceries. If it fits in your purse, it's probably fine.

I work at a movie theater and the large popcorn alone is over 1000 calories, without adding "butter". I would stay away from theater food as much as possible simply because of the price and calorie content. Nothing there is good enough to justify the calories and price.

Have you calculated your BMR using another outside source? You are probably roughly burning 350 calories from running, meaning your body is running on 1250 calories on average. I've read that eating too little makes your body think it is starving so it holds onto everything it gets, making it harder to lose weight. You…

The meats are soy based and contain quite a bit of sodium and fat. If I were to lower my consumption of the fake meats, my protein would come from dairy and protein powder. Is that healthy?
-
The protein shakes would end up being much lower in sodium, fat, carbs, and higher in protein but I do enjoy the taste of the fake meats.

I try to loosely follow intermittent fasting, eating from 10-6 and fasting for the remaining 16 hours. To continue intermittent fasting, would it be worth it to move up my eating window and eat a big breakfast? I rarely eat breakfast but can change that if it would aid in losing weight.
