Leg/butt exercises with resistance bands.
The gym at my apartment complex has one of those multi-purpose cable machines, some kettlebells, and some dumbbells. I can't use the cable machine for my legs because it's mostly pulling/kicking motions and I have injured hips. Exercising after overeating.
Do any of you exercise after overeating? I overate by a few hundred calories and don't know if I should workout, I'm afraid it would make me feel sick. I'm thinking of eating a little under my calorie goal for the next few days to even it out. Opinions?

Fitness trackers - yay or nay?
Opinions on fitness trackers? Do you think some are better/more accurate than others? Has it been beneficial towards your weight loss?

What should my calorie goal be?
My BMR is around 1300 but I plan on running 4-5 times a week so my TDEE is around 2000 calories. Should I eat around 1500 calories or 1200 then eat back half of my exercise calories?

My macros are: 75g protein 150g carbs 33g fat I'm currently 136lbs and aiming for 115lbs -- eating 1200 calories. Is this enough protein?

I eat rather decently but carb cravings will take hold and I'll overeat by having chips, a pastry, or some donuts. How can I beat these carb cravings?

Not building muscles but feeling stronger?
I'm in a calorie deficit so I know I can't be building muscle so why do I feel stronger after a couple months of lifting weights?

Running comfortably.
I don't know if it's the foods I'm eating or if it's the portions but when I run at night I tend to feel really heavy. Should dinner be my lightest meal if I plan on running a few hours later? Fake vegetarian meat vs protein shakes.
Should I replace faux meat with protein shakes? I eat faux meat at least once a day. Would it be better to have two protein shakes a day compared to eating so much fake meat? Does it make a difference?

Eat dinner early or late?
I usually eat lunch around 12 and dinner around 6, however, when I work from 5 or 6 until 11pm, I'm not sure if I should eat dinner around 4 (before leaving for work) or when I get home around 11:15pm. Opinions? I'm currently around 138lbs and aiming to reach 125.
