Today was 925 calories. Rice, veggies, a little chicken and some mini crispy spring rolls (baked). Felt a little better today. :)

Not too much of an appetite today. I am not sure of the calories. It was a large carrot, steamed and then cooked with a bit of mustard and maple syrup, steamed broccoli tossed in with the carrots and some shredded chicken breast I cooked in the crock pot yesterday. Added some bbq sauce on it. Also had a choc chip cookie…

I'm here! I lost 1.6 pounds on my last weigh in. :) Sorry I haven't been around, just been busy. I'll try to post a little more frequently if I can. I am starting to learn The Beatles 'Blackbird'. Such a gorgeous song. One of my faves of theirs.

Thanks so much guys. I'll have to find something to reward myself with. I'm not a girly person (don't wear make-up or paint my nails etc) so maybe I'll learn a new song on the guitar or put a little money to save up for another tattoo. :) Haha, that's true! I know if I'm patient the fat will be gone eventually!

How much in grams (or however you are measuring it) of rice are you eating? Your meal looked great!

Weigh in day. I lost 1.6 pounds this week. A little disappointed, but a loss is a loss. I've been very depressed about things in my life and it's been hard this past week. :(

Sorry I haven't been posting, just lots of stuff going on. Today was day #11 and 975 calories. No picture, but was a chicken salad sandwich with lettuce, onion and tomatoes. A few chips and one red velvet cupcake. I've been craving some lemon lime soda and almost caved today. Ughhhhh. :( I do not like to drink diet sodas…

Day #8 was 975 calories, pretty much the same thing I ate as yesterday, so no picture. I did weigh in this morning, I lost 2.4 pounds. Not bad, I'll take it. :)

Day #7 was 987 calories. Morningstar Farms veggie burger with fries. Also had a red velvet oreo. :P Weigh in tomorrow, I'm pretty nervous.

Day #6 was 906 calories. A Stouffer's Fit Kitchen frozen meal (broccoli, red potatoes and chicken) with a few added white potatoes (steamed), queso, fat free sour cream and salsa. I also ate a chocolate covered strawberry and a donut. :P The meal looks disgusting but it was delicious!

Day #5 was yesterday, also forgot to take a picture. It was 843 calories. Some rice, a few pieces of shrimp, a big salad with tzatziki as the dressing. With one chocolate covered strawberry as dessert. I put my camera in the kitchen this morning so I would remember to take a damn picture. lol!

Yesterday was day #4. It was 956 calories. No picture. Chicken breast sandwich (with lettuce, tomato, onion and light mayo) and some fries. Also a cookie. Will update with today's meal later. :)
