Are you eating at a deficit or are you meeting your calorie intake? Never eat less than 1200/day as it could mess up your metabolism. Also you might be lossing fat while gaining muscle. Are you drinking enough water?

I agree with everyone here, you don't need it if you are serious about your health and planning on doing your part.

I had that issue and once I added weights to my workouts, it went away along with some of my cleavege though.

OK, so I feel like I am a slacker reading everyone's response. I workout 3 to 5 times a week 30 to no more than one hour a day. I do it all depending on what I feel like that day to make it fun

Well you are wondering why you have not been loosing weight lately and I believe the reason why is that you are not consuming enough calories, and on top of that, you are workingout too much for the amount of calories you are eating. Some days you are not even getting the minimum which is 1200/day. You are right, you can…

I would eat something if I have any calories left. But if I do not and I am hungry, I would have a smoothy, kind bar, or protein shake.

I don't. I feel so good and I am happy all the time :) . I feel more confident and I feel so accomplished. I actually worry a bit about gaining weight back.

OK just took a look at your dairy and you are not eating enough and are exercising too much. Try to meet your calorie intake, workout about 1 hour a day, no more than 5 days a week as your body needs recovery time and drink lots of water. Hope that helps.

I wouldn't workout for longer than an hour. If you are workingout for over an hour, that's too much. I am 5'2", 35 and weight 120. I am maintaining and MFP has me at 1490 calories/day and I workout 4 to 5 times a week for about an hour. I also have an office job, so I have it set at sedentary. Do you eat more on the days…

Fruit, Kind bars (almond, caramel and sea salt is my favorite), peanuts, bagel with cream cheese or peanut butter (I actually use peanut-free peanut butter, it's way better for you than regular peanut butter). Also smoothies. Throw a banana, an apple, some milk and protein in a bullet ninja or blender and enjoy! Hope this…

This is how I've been getting in shape also:). I try to workout between 30 to 60 minutes a day. I have a very be schedule, so my fitness commitment is in the morning before anything else.

Whenever I do a killer workout, I do yoga the next day and I feel great again. You can find some yoga videos in YouTube, in case you need suggestions.

I had the same problem, but I agree with everyone: You need to do weights. You need to do strength training also. I do cross training, HIIT, Tabatha, and weight lifting. Also a video that help me a lot was Jillian Michaels Killer buns and thighs. I did her video 2 to 3 times a week. My butt has never looked better. Also…
