  • Yes don't worry, as someone said before your body retains water for muscle repair. My advice is to weigh youself before you consume anything (including water) and if possible before workout so the best time would be in the morning for consistant results.
  • What time do you weigh yourself? I suggest morning before consuming anything, that should give you consistent results. Just stick to what your doing another week and see if your weight comes down, but as I said, weigh in the morning.
  • Hello your more than welcome to add me. I'm a regular user and am more than happy to offer some support and advice. Just be patient with the weight loss, you will get to your goal. Best of luck with your journey :).
  • You'll often find a lot of weight loss to begin with, especially during the first week as you'll lose a lot of water weight. I lost 9lb in week 1 which I'm assuming about 4-6lb of that was water weight. You're fine dw.
  • Yes you will lose weight but you will also feel incredibly hungry as your body won't be getting important nutrients it needs from junk food. The more nutritious your food is the better chance you have of sustaining your diet and generally will feel fuller on a lower calorie diet.
  • Feel free to add me, I'm more than happy to provide support and advice and also am going through a weight loss journey myself.
  • I weigh myself on Thursdays (don't log this) and Sundays (which I log on MFP).
  • Absolutely amazing, huge congrats to you! Done an amazing job.
  • Wow you planning to travel to all those places? You'll be having a great summer then! And yes I definetly will
  • Best of luck with your journey. I'm sure you'll get back to where you want to be, just requires some patients and work. Feel free to add me if your looking for some support and advice, I keep an open diary so you may find that of some help also. Always happy to join peoples journey whilst I'm doing my own.
  • Best wishes for your diet. For me it was always the first 10 days that I struggled with but stick to your goals and your body and mind will adjust to the situation your putting it through. I did treadmill for the first 3 weeks but am just starting to take to the outdoors, find it more interesting. Feel free to add me if…

  • There's a few things that spring to my mind: 1. With technology becoming more advanced and used for entertainment, many young people and adults are using this as their source of entertainment rather than physical activity 2. To add to the above, those who become addicted to watching tv and using computers etc can sometimes…
  • Amazing job so far, feel free to add me.
  • I avoid cheat days because I can just as easily lose control with binge eating also. I would suggest though you need to consider a balanced diet of fruits veg and proteins (if you haven't already) which may allow you to learn how to control binging habits. Fruits for example are still incredibly sweet so it poses the…
  • Currently living in Liverpool (for uni) but my actual home is in Wales. Anyone is welcome to add me, currently in undetaking a 12 week weight loss program and also keep an open diary which could be of some help to you.
  • Feel free to add me. I keep an open diary so you may find that to be helpful and also currently a student. I'm sure you'll succeed.
  • 21 years old feel free to add me.
  • Yes you can but it's likely your not going to be satisfied with it. You body is still going to need those nutrients from proteins and veg which if you don't your going to keep feeling hungry and will become weaker. Try balance your diet, it will help you massively.
  • Names James, from the uk and aged 21. I have 34lb to go before reaching my goal.
  • Hi feel free to add me, always happy to follow more peoples journey. I keep an open diary also so that may be some help to you should you need any food ideas.
  • I only monitor calorie content mainly. I love eating fruit and will eat 1 or 2 a day but I also love other foods so in a way I do limit them but only because I prefer to balance my diet out with meat and veg also.
  • Feel free to add me, I keep an open diary so that may be of help to you.
  • Drinking black coffee with no sugar is even better.
  • Are you snacking at all throughout the day? I can only assume that perhaps during some of your meals or snacks perhaps you aren't aware of the actual calories of the quantity of the food your consuming. You definetly should not be gaining weight at 1,100 calories. Do you have an open diary, if you would like I can try see…
  • I love horror movies but find it difficult to become scared by them now. The one that horrified me as a child was The Ring.
  • From experience coke zero didn't really affect my weight loss BUT it did play havok with my cravings. Just try limit the amount you consume.
  • You'll lose no more than you would if you were eating meat, in fact a good but tough way (and do not recommend) is a high protein, low carb diet. I would suggest to you just eat at an deficit and eat a balanced diet. This is a lifestyle change so you need to find what will work for you and how to maintain it. If you prefer…
  • I'm from the uk also with similar goals to you. Also trying to lose weight by June with something around 36lb to lose. I keep an open diary btw so if anyone wants to add me for perhaps some ideas please do.
  • In a very similar position as you, over 2 years I've gained nearly 3 stone. Now also trying to get back into shape. The only advice I can really offer is take it day by day and weigh yourself once per week. When you see the weight dropping your motivation will likely build back up. Best of luck with your diet anyway, July…
