Treadmills are fun for some and a pain in the backside for others. Let us know how it goes for you.

MP3 player, audiobooks, park a TV in front of it (Netflix is popular). Look for interval workouts to change things up. Try to make it interesting.

    Good luck!

pump up your favorite music. enjoy the time to focus on yourself. if that still doesn't work - you may have to hit the pavement. I like the treadmill

Ditto! I put on a show on Netflix with closed captioning and blast my music- I make it as interesting as possible and it makes my treadmill time my little "me time."

I get bored too! I'm on the treadmill at the gym. Does audiobooks really help?

Best wishes for your diet. For me it was always the first 10 days that I struggled with but stick to your goals and your body and mind will adjust to the situation your putting it through. I did treadmill for the first 3 weeks but am just starting to take to the outdoors, find it more interesting. Feel free to add me if you would like some support or advice, always glad to join other peoples journey while I go through with my own.
