I am pretty severely lactose intolerant, and use Premier Protein shakes (found at Costco). They still do have milk proteins, but since there isn't any milk sugar, it doesn't trigger the lactose intolerant aspect. Works great for me, but it took a fair amount of experimenting. Everybody's body processes differently!

Snacking while dealing with (relatively recent) food allergies. I'd love to have a handful of almonds, deal with those cravings in a protein positive way, but I can't because I'm newly allergic to nuts. Also to reiterate the common themes, grazing, portion control, and sweets (killer sweet tooth)
