Yes - i had my goal at 1 pound/week but was always going over (only 1200 calories a day!)...so i switched it to .5 pounds /week. Still going over but by less...feel like Im eating to maintain and just feels so hard to lose! thanks for your thoughts!

Still struggling with post dinner eating that seems to sabotage me. Willpower is low at the end of the day and it's hard! Haven't been able to meet or go below my calorie goal in a long time :neutral:
