I weight my pasta before I cook it' Let's say I want 3 servings of 85 g. I would weight out 255 grams of pasta ( 85x3= 255) Once it has been cooked and drained I weigh the entire batch in grams and divide it by three again' whatever the amount is I eat one portion.

Put pumpkin roll scentsy wax in warmer, turn on and and pretend I ate a pumpkin treat hahaha. I had a vegan pumpkin Mac and cheese and it was amazing, I definitely need to try making some myself.

I really should be trying plain oats. But I eat the maple and brown sugar quacker protein oatmeal. just add half cup water put it into the microwave for a minutes stir in some Chia seeds and sometimes top with some banana.

My suggestion is to weigh everything SOLID and in RAW form. If I use cups to measure my cereal I'm usually getting 20% to 30% more Same goes for things like pasta, rice and other grains when cooked and then put in cups. I always weigh raw. I find it to be more accurate because how much moisture is lost will depend on how you cooked it. Also because I usually add something to it which will also need to be weighed separately.
