My diary is open. I don’t eat super clean or anything and depending on my crazy work schedule my eating habits are questionsable ( but always Vegan) Have you ever tried chickpea “ tuna” or tofu scramble?

I would personally just weigh what’s left before and after and round it to 25%,50% ect. If that makes sense. If the rest of your logging is up to par this “guesstimate”shouldn’t make a big difference.

Firstly way to go for reaching out and trying new things! Definitely try different vegetables cooked different ways before you give them the toss, I love most vegetables roasted but not a huge fan of a lots of boiled ones. You may be the same or the opposite, I personally think nutritionally that fresh and frozen are best…

I love PB2 with apples, I may be a little odd as I also like to dip carrot stick, celery and sugar snap peas in it too.

I am Canadian, we have them in multi flavour packs at Costco and I usually find them near the " fancy cheese" section. ( Safeway usually) I have only seen savoury I will keep my eye out for the sweet kinds!

New to me! So good, super thin but the crispness is sooo on par, perfect vessel for cheese, Jams and soup dipping! 50 calories for 9 crisps I am so tempted to Make some kind of nacho plate with the plain ones. Be interesting to see how they hold up to a quick zap in the nuker!

I like this one, I guess it's considered a " smoothie" but anyways, I have tried the Berry and the vanilla one but I only like this chocolate one I find the other ones to be too chalky. I just put it in a shaker bottle with some kind of nut milk.

Don't sweat it keep doing what your doing, lots of things can cause this. your cycle, water weight, inconsistent weighing times, ect. Weight can fluctuates that much or even more in a days time.
