Eat breakfast within an hour of waking up everyday. Not because I think this is nessasary for everyone. But I think for now it's nessasary for me. Let's say it's a baked potato and you choose not to eat the skin I personally would just weigh whole potato, bake it, eat it and then reweigh the skin after consumption and subtract that many grams from the original weight and log that total. That is purely a personal preference and I am sure others have different ones.…

Definitely agree. Though I have totally felt this way when I cut out all heavy calorie foods we used to eat. Hard to say can't see your diary but you could try adding a little cheese portion or as said above some avacado or even a handfull of nuts or a little nut butter. Maybe a larger breakfast?

Pickles could help with the salt issues. Low calorie, obviously watch how many due to sodium. Also pretzels in moderation. As for sweet. I'm really into flavored herbal teas. Not sure if they have Davids tea where you are but they have some amazing teas with little to NO calories. I reccomend the following. (Birthday…
