Thanks for such a thoughtful response! For point #1, my breakfast is greek yogurt, mixed fresh berries with the KIND protein granola on top for crunch. Sorry, have to disagree with you about the exercise. My HRM estimates 171 on the run, so I figure it's actually 125ish. For boxing, my HRM has consistently clocked in around 650-700/hr, again, I estimate down. Yes, I know that binges can ruin a week. And, I do understand what a calorie deficit is. I was more interested in what others thought of my typical diet and if there were areas for improvement.

Thanks, all. I just started the C25k program yesterday. Doing the run and boxing on the same day should equate to a 700 calorie burn (I've used an HRM to calculate previously). I do, actually for the meat and veggies. Not so much for the fruit, and if anything, I've found I underestimate that. Ugh. Can't it be like .5lbs/day??? Haha

Sorry, wasn't sure how much information you can see. I'm female, 5'3, 35 years old. I am down from 178 about 2 years ago (yay!!). Since then it's been a struggle trying to get the last 15 off.

And, I do struggle with binging, but I've tried to keep that under control. Once a week, max and they haven't been horribly bad.

Haha. Not March, but February. I lose 2lbs, gain 2, lose 1, gain, etc, etc.

I love it. Can't imagine going back to a "regular" gym. The instructors really make it though. I have my favorites and go to their classes over others. The great thing is that even though you're not increasing time/weights, as you get better at it, you hit the bag harder and faster, thus burning more calories. The workout…
